I charge a 50% cancellation fee if you do not cancel within 48h of your appointment time. If you no show your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service. Both of these charges need to be paid before rescheduling your next appointment. I understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. This is the best way I can protect my time and my business. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT I require a $20 deposit to be paid before your appointment can be secured. This deposit is non refundable and will go towards your upcoming appointment. If you reschedule your appointment within 48h of your scheduled time your deposit will still go towards that appointment. If you do not reschedule within 48h of your appointment time you will lose the deposit. I understand that things happen and we can’t always control our lives.
